Cancellation & No-Show Policy

As a courtesy to our clients at The Aesthetics & Wellness Lab, please provide a minimum of 24 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. 

You will be charged a $125 cancellation fee for all Botox appointments and 25% of the cost of a Filler appointment, as per company policy, if an appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours in advance or if there is a no-show. Please do not hesitate to reach out to us if you know you will need to cancel or reschedule your appointment and we will be happy to accommodate your needs.

Because appointments fill up quickly, we suggest you schedule your next appointment before you leave.

Our cosmetic injectable consultation requires a non-refundable $75 deposit. The deposit will be applied towards any cosmetic treatment you decide to receive. This is non-refundable or by the discretion of provider.

Our gift cards can be redeemed for a wide range of services and products offered at The Aesthetics and Wellness Lab. Gift cards have no cash value and are non-refundable. They are solely intended for use within our establishment.

Gift cards can be purchased online through our website. If purchased online, gift cards are delivered via email. You may choose to have the gift card emailed directly to the recipient with a personalized message or to yourself for personal gifting.

We accept various payment methods for purchasing gift cards, including credit cards and cash, as applicable. If the total purchase exceeds the value of the gift certificate, the gift card holder must pay the difference. Gift cards have no expiry date. We want you to have the flexibility and freedom to use them at your convenience.

The Aesthetics and Wellness Lab is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards. Gift cards are non-transferable, may not be redeemed for cash, and may only be used by the individual in whose name the gift card was issued.

Reservations for services using gift cards are subject to availability. We recommend booking in advance to secure your desired date and time. We reserve the right to make changes to this gift card policy at any time. Any amendments will be communicated through our website or at our spa reception.
